1. Get a chance to win an iPhone 14 when you register on Kayamo! Terms apply.

2. The Promo period will run from December 5, 2022 to February 28, 2013.

3. The Promo is open to all online store owners who have:

a. A Lazada and/or Shopee store.
b. A confirmed active sales history of at least Peso 500,000 for the past 12 months confirmed via API.
c. Completed the full registration process on the Kayamo platform and received an confirmation email.

4. Exclusions: Any participants with the following issues will not be eligible for the raffle.

a. Any participant who has an overdue payment of interest or principal to Kayamo Atlas of more than 30 days at the time of registration or raffle launch.
b. Any participant who did not have sales in any of the previous 12 months.
c. Any employee of Kayamo and KRM or their next of kin.

5. Qualified users who will do one of the following will earn one raffle entry. A user may only earn up to a total of one (1) raffle entry for the entire promo duration.

6. Only raffle entries earned during a given period will be included in the draw.

7. Qualified users will receive an email notification upon successfully earning a raffle entry.

8. The winners will be drawn via electronic raffle. The raffle draws will take place in the presence of Kayamo executives and will be conducted digitally.

9. Kayamo will notify the winners through their registered email and SMS via their Kayamo-registered mobile number. Winners will be given a maximum of thirty (30) days to acknowledge receipt of the notification by responding through call or email.

10. In the congratulatory email message, the winning contestant will be required:

a. To provide 2 government IDs (passport, national id, UMID, Driver’s License). Failure to present a valid government ID within the prescribed period will result in an unclaimed prize.
b. Provide confirmation of store ownership by sharing screenshot and and or live access to seller center owners details for Kayamo staff
c. To provide confirmation of store ownership and sales history via API by logging into the store with authentic credentials and acknowledge e mail confirmation sent to the store credentials.

11. A qualified user may only win a prize ONCE during the promo period.

12. Prizes are non-transferable.

13. Prizes that remain unclaimed after 30 days upon a winner’s acknowledgement of the notification from Kayamo will be forfeited in favor of Kayamo.

14. Kayamo reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize if the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption.

15. Winners must agree to have his/her photos taken or to submit photos to Kayamo upon request, as part of the materials that will be produced regarding the promo. Winners agree that Kayamo’s use of these photos in any material must not require any further compensation from Kayamo.

16. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein will have the winners forfeit their winnings.

17. The raffle winners will be announced anytime from the date of the raffle draw to up to fourteen (14) days after the draw.

18. Winners shall claim the prize at the Kayamo office during office hours. (Contact Us)

19. Kayamo accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Kayamo’s promo, or who have violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Kayamo are not qualified to participate in this promo.

20. Those who are proven or are found to be abusing the Kayamo system or are proven of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.
